Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Anyday mobile application ("App") operated by Anyday ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You may delete your account at any time directly from within the App

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event information
  • Impersonate other people or organizations
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Upload content that is hateful, violent, or sexually explicit
  • Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)

Content You Create

  • You retain ownership of the content you create
  • By submitting event information, images, and other content to the App, you grant Anyday a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your submissions solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and promoting the Service
  • "Submissions" include event details (names, dates, times, locations, descriptions, categories, artist information, ticket URLs), venue information, artist metadata, and any images uploaded to the App
  • This license survives account deletion. When you delete your account, your personal profile information is permanently removed, but event data and images you submitted may be retained in de-identified form (with no link to your identity) as part of Anyday's event database
  • You may request removal of specific content you submitted by contacting support@anyday.am
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

Event Data Extraction

The App provides an automated extraction feature that allows users to submit event flyers, images, or URLs to generate structured event listings. This process:

  • Extracts factual event metadata: event name, date, time, venue, artist names, ticket links, and similar structured data points
  • Does not reproduce, store, or display original creative content such as promotional copy, editorial descriptions, artistic designs, or copyrighted imagery from source materials
  • Does not reproduce any substantial part of the contents of any database or compilation from source materials
  • Operates as an automated data transformation — converting unstructured visual or textual input into structured event records
  • Source materials (flyers, images, URLs) submitted for extraction are processed temporarily and are not retained after the structured data has been generated

The structured output consists of factual event data points. Anyday does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property contained in source materials.

By submitting materials for extraction, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit such materials and that the submission does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Event data generated through automated extraction is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of accuracy or completeness. Always verify event details with the original source or organizer.

Copyright and Takedown

If you believe that any content on the App infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@anyday.am with a description of the allegedly infringing material, evidence of your ownership or authorization, and your contact information. We will review and respond to valid requests promptly.

Event Information

  • Event information is provided by users, automated extraction, and third-party sources
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event listings
  • Always verify event details with the organizer before attending
  • We are not responsible for cancelled, postponed, or modified events

Third-Party Content

Certain content displayed in the App is provided by third-party services and remains the property of its respective owners.

Spotify. Artist images, names, and related metadata displayed in the App are provided by the Spotify Platform and are used in accordance with the Spotify Developer Terms of Service. This content is the property of Spotify AB and its licensors. Artist images are cached temporarily for performance and refreshed regularly. You may not extract, download, or redistribute Spotify-provided content from the App. Spotify content displayed in the App may link to the corresponding content on the Spotify service.

Intellectual Property

  • The App, its design, and its features are owned by Anyday
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission
  • The Anyday name and logo are our trademarks

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anyday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anyday harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@anyday.am. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in the courts specified below.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anyday regarding your use of the App.
